3:30 – 4:30 PM ESTIn this 6 week afterschool workshop, students will learn about knitting, hand sewing, and other craft techniques. We'll be making knit headbands, fleece scarves and hats, collage lanterns and more!Class meets Thursdays January 8th, 15th, and 22nd, and February 5th, 12th, and 19th. No class January 29th.

4 week session. February 6, 13, 20, and March 6 (No class Feb. 27)
Teen Knitters and Crocheters come and join us for a weekly club to hone your knitting or crochet skills and make new friends. Bring the project you are working on or we can help you start a new one. Supplies and patterns included with registration. Basic knowledge of crochet or knitting skills required; assistance with projects and skills development provided by Jess and Arianna.Ages 13-18

Thursday January 22, 6-8 pm
This beginner+ class is for those who have taken a previous class with Ande or others who have experience mending. This class will introduce you to new mending techniques including transferring stitch patterns onto your garments. There will be time to work through your mending questions or stumbling blocks on your current projects. Perfect for jeans, pants, button down shirts, skirts, and bags. Take a look at your mending stash and bring that skirt that needs some TLC! Please note, this is not a darning class, so skip the knits (no socks or sweaters). Needle and sashiko thread provided. Feel free to bring scrap fabric but we will have lots to share.Ande Tagliamonte is a textile artist and owner of Hand & Bobbin. Her work primarily focuses on using visible mending techniques to extend the life of well loved clothes, accessories, and household linens. Wednesday February 4th 6-8pm
Join us at The Makery for an introduction to hand embroidery with Danielle Buchanan. This class is great for beginners or folks who want to get back into hand embroidery. We'll learn the most commonly used hand embroidery stitches like french knots, whipped back stitch, and lazy daisies, and you'll leave class with a fun embroidered design of your own! Supplies will be provided, but feel free to bring your own fabric items to embroider if you'd like.

Tuesdays February 10, 17, and 24 6-8pm
In this 3 session class, students will have the opportunity to design and sew their own doll and doll clothes.Session 1: design, cut, and sew our dolls
Session 2: create and attach doll hair and sew or draw faces
Session 3: make a custom outfit for your doll.This class is intended for folks who have basic hand and machine sewing skills. All supplies are included.This class is geared towards adults, but children 10 and up are welcome with an adult who is also registered.

Wednesday, February 11, 2026 6-8:30pm
Decoupage pendants are a great way to make a make a totally unique piece of statement jewelry with a simple collage! We'll supply pendants in different shapes and a huge assortment of magazines, scrapbooking paper and other items for you to use along with necklace strings, earring wires, pin backs and other jewelry findings to finish your projects.Whether you're a seasoned crafter or just starting out, this class is beginner-friendly and a perfect chance for you to sip, socialize and make something special.All craft materials will be provided. BYOB.Maximum 15 people

Friday, February 20 10am-12pm
In this class, we will cover the basics of crocheting Amigurumi (stuffed animals and other creatures). Students will choose from a few simple animal patterns as we cover all the necessary skills to get you going on your Amigurumi journey including making a magic circle (or magic ring), increasing, decreasing, and more! This is the perfect class for folks who've taken our intro to crochet or who know a few basics and are looking to build their skills.Yarn will be included, but please bring your own crochet hook size G, H, or I.This class is geared toward adults but children 10 and up are welcome to attend with an adult who is also registered.

Monday, February 23 6-8:30pmIn this introduction to tapestry weaving, we'll be making mini wall hangings. You'll learn a few basic weaving stitches and techniques and have the chance to explore color and texture in your own wall hanging.All materials included.This class is eared towards adults, but children 10 and up are welcome to attend with an adult who is also registered.

Monday February 2nd 6-8pm
Get creative and get collaging! You don’t have to be an artist to make SoulCollage® cards and the process is fun, intuitive and easy to follow.
Facilitator, Jen DeBedout, from Blooming SoulCollage®, will provide lots of images and supplies to spark creativity. Jen will also share about the SoulCollage® expressive arts practice.
Have fun looking through lots of images from magazines, calendars and other sources and then cut out and glue pieces on to a 5x8 mat board (or larger if you like). See where your creative vision takes you!
We will create together in a supportive community while connecting to a process that develops creativity, intuition and self-discovery!
Jen DeBedout is a board certified music therapist with a private practice in Burlington and she is a trained SoulCollage® facilitator. She fell in love with the SoulCollage® process and loves to share it with others.

Wednesday 3/18 and 3/25 6-8pm
Join us for Intermediate Embroidery with Danielle Buchanan. This class is perfect for folks who've taken our intro to embroidery or who otherwise have a little embroidery experience and are looking to take their skills to the next level. Supplies will be provided, but feel free to bring your own fabric items to embroider if you'd like.

Mini Makers is a hands-on arts and crafts experience designed for kids ages 2-5. Caregivers join their child at many different crafting stations where kids can explore with all their senses and develop their fine motor skills. Each month, we’ll set up an assortment of ever changing craft opportunities so kids can explore colors, shapes, textures, and so much more at their own pace. Previous crafts have included: Collage, stamps, painting, coloring, beading, play-doh, slime, and more!
Rent our classroom to host a craft party for your next event. Perfect for Birthday Parties (kids or adults!) Baby showers, bachelorette parties and more!
All craft parties include:
-1-2 hours of a custom craft project tailored to your event and led by one of our instructors. - all supplies included!

Make an appointment at the link above and bring your donation in anytime on your scheduled day.
We will email you your store credit amount and if you've chosen the option on your form, we will let you know if we have any items to be returned to you.
Your store credit goes into your customer account and you can use it anytime on merchandise or classes! To use your store credit to register for a class, you can email us, or register in person at the store.
Donation Guidelines
All donated items must be free of smells and signs of moths or other pests.
We do NOT accept:
Home textile items such as bedding, curtains, tablecloths, etc.
Household decorations
Clothing - including clothing that has been cut up to be upcycled
Corks, pill bottles, mint tins, and other recyclables
Jewelry (intact or broken, though we will happily accept beads or pendants that have been removed from jewelry)
Partially finished craft projects (including partially painted canvasses)
